PROGRESS REPORT
It is time for some HUGE shout outs and to update everyone on what has been done, and what needs to be done.
Sunday and Monday we made big leaps. Many folks came out to help us at the studio over the course of those two days and we were able to finish up many of the construction projects that needs buttoning up and we were able to move 95% of our things from storage to the studio.
If you see these smiling faces around town, or at any of our events, please stop and give them a hug and tell them thank you: Carla Wessel, Rob Pieniak, Eric Anderson, Rob DeFelice, Ben Robinson, Ben Smith, Jim & Sybil Faylo, Nicole Huau, and Jonathan Kopka.
HOW YOU CAN HELP. We still have many small tasks that need to be finished and we will be meeting to work again this Friday, June 17, from 4:30 to 8:30 pm.
We have a meeting tonight, Tuesday, June 14, at 6:30 pm to brainstorm final ideas for the Grand Opening, and to discuss what still needs to be done. Our meeting will be held at Community Cafe, 2444 Central Avenue.
If you are able to make it, we could really use the extra minds and help.
And last but not least, please help us promote the event. Please share our event every few days between now and the event date. Include a few words of endorsement. Also, feel free to change your cover photo to the cover photo of the event, and include some information and a link in your photo caption.
We are getting there, slower than hoped, but surely.
